Lygo is early. We're more "team of one or two" than "open headcount." When we are ready to grow, the people we'll want to work with already share our priorities.
What we look for
- Care about the people on the other side of the screen. If "engagement" doesn't mean "made someone's day better," we're probably not aligned.
- Strong opinions, gently held. We argue ideas, not people.
- Calm in a hurry. Move fast, but don't ship anxiety into the product.
